Overview
Precision Scheduling is building a dependable network of experienced exterior remodeling installers and installation crews. Partners may perform window, exterior door, patio door, siding, roofing, gutter, trim, and related installation work. Precision coordinates project information, customer communication, scheduling, and documentation so installation professionals can focus on completing quality work.
Responsibilities
• Complete assigned installation scopes according to project documents and manufacturer requirements. • Protect customer property and maintain an orderly jobsite. • Review job information before installation and promptly report discrepancies. • Communicate progress, delays, material concerns, and completion status. • Provide required project photos and completion documentation. • Participate in final quality checks and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. • Maintain professional conduct in customers' homes and neighborhoods.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience installing windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, or related exterior products. • Valid driver's license. • Reliable transportation. • Appropriate tools and equipment for accepted work. • Ability to pass a background check. • Strong workmanship, communication, punctuality, and jobsite-cleanliness standards. • Ability to follow written scopes, measurements, and installation instructions.
Preferred qualifications
Manufacturer-certified installer credentials (Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, James Hardie, GAF, CertainTeed).
