Support That Continues
The Precision Client Care Program
A completed installation should not mean the end of the relationship. Our Client Care Program keeps your project information organized, helps you navigate service and warranty needs, and provides continued support long after the final walkthrough.
Included with qualifying Precision installation projects.
Program Introduction
Your project is finished. Our responsibility is not.
Many remodeling companies become difficult to reach after final payment. Precision is designed differently. We maintain the project history, help identify the appropriate point of responsibility, coordinate communication, and assist you through future service needs.
Instead of leaving you to locate old invoices, determine which warranty applies, contact multiple manufacturers, or explain your project from the beginning, we preserve the information needed to help move the process forward — and we stay reachable when you need us.
One project. One organized history. One place to begin when you need help.
What's included
Program benefits.
Warranty Registration and Guidance
Where applicable, we help organize product warranty information and registration details after your project is complete. If an issue arises, we can help determine whether it may involve workmanship, product performance, maintenance, or another cause — and identify the appropriate next step.
Seven-Year Labor Protection
Precision provides a seven-year workmanship and labor warranty on installed products, subject to the written warranty terms and applicable exclusions. This is separate from — and works alongside — the product warranties issued by each manufacturer.
Annual Project Inspections
Qualifying clients may request complimentary annual inspections to help identify visible concerns and review the condition of installed exterior products. These visits support long-term care and early communication — they are not structural, code, or environmental evaluations.
Priority Service Coordination
Client Care participants receive prioritized coordination when a service concern is reported. Priority review generally begins within 24–48 business hours. Response time and repair-completion time remain separate; resolution depends on the scope of work.
Lifetime Project Documentation
We preserve the record of your project — product specifications, manufacturer and product-line details, orders and measurements, final selections, contracts and approved changes, warranty information, permit and HOA documentation, testing results, lien waivers, completion photographs, and service history — so the information is available when you need it.
Manufacturer Warranty Assistance
Product warranties are issued and governed by the manufacturers. We help by locating applicable product information, identifying the relevant manufacturer, reviewing available warranty procedures, preparing service requests, coordinating access when appropriate, and keeping you informed throughout.
Future Project Support
Stored measurements, product details, colors, and specifications make future work easier — even when a homeowner uses another contractor. Your information remains yours. We organize it so it can continue serving your home, regardless of who performs the next project.
Tax-Credit and Product Information
Where applicable, we can help you locate product-performance documents or manufacturer information commonly requested for energy-efficiency incentives or tax-credit filings. Please consult the current program requirements and a qualified tax professional; Precision does not provide tax advice.
Referral Benefits
Client Care Program participants may be eligible for Precision's current referral benefits. Program details are shared directly with participating clients.
Completion and Thank-You Benefits
Eligible homeowners may receive post-completion materials, care information, or a thank-you package after their project — a small acknowledgment of the work we've done together.
Lien Payment Protection
A lien waiver is provided with every completed project, documenting that suppliers and installers involved in your work have been paid. The waiver is preserved in your project record so it remains available for future closings, refinancing, or resale.
Final Walkthrough Record
Every project concludes with a documented final walkthrough. Approvals, punch items, and completion photographs are captured and retained — giving you a clear, dated record of the condition of the work at handover.
Permit, Village & HOA Records
Permits, inspection sign-offs, HOA approval packages, and municipal correspondence are prepared and archived with your project. If a future contractor, inspector, or buyer needs proof of an approved scope, the documentation is on file.
Lead & Asbestos Test Results
Where testing is performed on your project — lead, asbestos, or related safety screening — results are provided to you and retained in your file so you have complete documentation for future work, disclosures, or health inquiries.
Certified Installer Record
The crew assigned to your project, their manufacturer certifications, and their years of experience are documented in your record. If a warranty question arises later, the installation team behind the work is identifiable.
Real-Time Project Updates
During installation, you receive scheduled updates on progress, deliveries, inspections, and next steps. Those updates and any related decisions are archived as part of your project history — so nothing is lost after the job closes out.
Transparent Pricing Records
Original itemized proposals, approved change orders, and final invoicing are kept with your project. If you or a future professional needs to review what was included, the pricing history is available.
Your home has a history. We help you keep it.
The record of your project stays with your home — useful for future repairs, insurance questions, home sales, additions, or work completed by another contractor.
