Price basis

One-visit service call for diagnosis and small in-scope repair (adjustments, weatherstrip, hardware, minor sealant), within our normal service area.

Includes

  • Trip and diagnostic time
  • Small hardware and weatherstrip components on hand
  • Written summary of findings

May not include

  • Manufacturer-warranted replacement parts (billed separately or covered by manufacturer)
  • Follow-up glass, sash, or panel replacement
  • Structural repairs and rot remediation
  • Travel outside the standard service area

Insulated glass unit (IGU) replacement

Includes product and Precision's identified standard installation scope.

Price basis

Replacement of a single failed or fogged insulated glass unit in an existing sash. Warranty-covered units are ordered through the manufacturer at no product cost — labor still applies.

Includes

  • Measurement and order coordination
  • Removal of failed IGU
  • Installation of new IGU and reset of glazing

May not include

  • Full sash or window replacement
  • Frame repair
  • Manufacturer product cost when not under warranty (billed separately)
